T10 League 2021 Starting Tomorrow; 4 Nepali Players Involved

The fourth edition of the Abu Dhabi T10 League is starting from Thursday at Sheikh Zayed Stadium in Abu Dhabi. With 10 overs per side, this format of cricket brings out real joy.

The opening match will be between Maratha Arabians and Northern Warriors.

The shortest format of Cricket will last till February 6 where eight teams will be competing. Those eight teams are divided into two groups with four in each.

Pool A consists of defending Champions Maratha Arabians, Northern Warriors, Delhi Bulls and Bengla Tigers.

Similarly, Pool B consists of Deccan Gladiators, Qalandars, Team Abu Dhabi and Pune Devils.

Four Nepali Players Involved

Four Nepali cricketers will be representing Nepal for the first time in any foreign franchise league. However, the fan favorite former skipper of Nepal Paras Khadka will be seen in different role this time. Team Abu Dhabi has appointed Khadka as Emerging Talent Mentor.

Allrounder duo Karan KC and Sompal Kami along with teenage sensation Kushal Malla will be playing in the league. This is the first foreign league for Karan KC and Kushal Malla. Sompal Kami has played his first league back in 2019.

Karan KC will be playing from Pune Devils whereas Sompal Kami will be playing from the defending champions Maratha Arabians. Kushal Malla will be under mentorship of Paras Khadka in Team Abu Dhabi.
