Nepal Unveils Squad for Landmark Series Against West Indies A

The Nepalese national cricket team’s squad for the series against West Indies A has been revealed by the Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN). Nepal will prepare for the forthcoming T20 World Cup 2024 by playing a five-match T20 series against West Indies A.

Rohit Paudel, the regular captain, will guide the 16-man team. With the addition of two new players, the roster remains mostly the same from the ACC Men’s Premier Cup in Oman. The most recent additions are Aakash Chand and Aarif Sheikh.

The historic series will begin on April 27 and end on May 5. All games will be played at the TU Cricket Ground. This is the first-ever tour to Nepal by any squad from the West Indies.

The West Indies A team is also announced and will be led by very experienced Roston Chase. CWI has announced a very strong team for the series taking the T20 World Cup 2024 preparation into consideration. The other star players include Fabian Allen, Johnson Charles, Andre Flecter, Obed McCoy and so on.
