Nepali Football team is taking on Chinese Taipei in their sixth match of the AFC Asia Cup 2023 and FIFA World Cup 2022 Qualifiers in Kuwait. The match was supposed to be Nepal’s home match. However, it was forced to be move to a centralized venue citing COVID-19 crisis.
In the last meeting, Nepal defeated Chinese Taipei 2-0 in their own home soil thanks to a brace from Anjan Bista. Nepal will play Chinese Taipei in return leg on Thursday with kick-off scheduled from 9:45 PM Nepali Time.
