The highly anticipated fourth edition of GT20 Canada is all set to begin on July 26th, featuring a thrilling opening match between the Vancouver Knights and the Toronto Nationals.
Among the notable players participating in the tournament are Nepalese spinner Sandeep Lamichhane, who will be representing the Vancouver Knights. Lamichhane has gained international acclaim for his exceptional spin bowling and will be a key asset for his team throughout the competition.
Joining Lamichhane in the Knights’ lineup is fellow Nepali player Dipendra Airee, known for his all-round capabilities.
On the opposing side, the Toronto Nationals boast the leadership of Nepal’s national team skipper, Rohit Paudel.
However, both Dipendra Airee and Rohit Paudel will miss the opening match due to visa delays. Their absence will be felt by their respective teams, but fans can expect them to join the tournament soon and make significant contributions.
