Nepal Olympic team returned the joy at Dashrath Stadium as they defeated Bhutan 2-1 in the final of South Asian Games (SAG) Football at Dashrath Stadium.
In the match, where the Gorkhalis were backed with full packed supporter in Dashrath Stadium took the lead in the 17th minute. Abhishek Rijal scored a perfect bounce shot from the edge of the box. However, the Bhutanese danger man Chencho Gyeltshen scored a brilliant goal in the 36th minute to level the score.
After leveling the score, Bhutan gained extra confidence and started pressing Nepal. However, in front of the thousands of supporters, the Bhutanese players were a bit shaky.
