Ronaldo, Dybala score in Juventus win

Cristiano Ronaldo and Paulo Dybala inspired Juventus to a 2-0 away win over Bologna on Monday.

The win in league restart provided some relief to coach Maurizio Sarri after losing out the Coppa Italia final to Napoli last week.

Juventus took the lead in the first half thanks to a finely taken spot kick from their star Ronaldo. It was his 22nd goal of the season.

With less than 15 minutes, Paulo Dybala doubled the lead in the 36th minute after firing a shot past Bologna goal-keeper Lukasz Skorupski thanks to a lovely ball from Federico Bernardeschi.

Juventus were goal-less since the start of the football season in Italy. The second leg of Coppa Italia against AC Milan ended in goal-less draw followed by goal-less draw in the final, which led the decider to spot kick battle.

Juventus are currently at the top of the table with 66 points from 27 matches and with the win, Juve has extended their lead over second placed Lazio to four points. However, Lazio has a match in hand and will visit Atalanta on Wednesday.
