Nepali colts ready to defend the title

Nepali U19 team will go on the field with a aim of not only defending the title but also making it hatrick. Nepal had won the previous two edition of the Championship. Nepal is taking on Maldives tomorrow at Halchowk ground.

Last time, Nepal won the SAFF U18 Championship back in 2017 in Bhutan before winning the inaugural edition in Nepal.

Along with Nepal and Maldives, Bhutan, Bangladesh, India and Sri Lanka are participating in the championship. Nepali team is eyeing the hatrick whereas all other teams have the same determination of winning the championship this time.

In 2017, Nepal had defeateed Bangladesh in the final match whereas in the first edition, Nepal had defeated India in the in front of the home crowd in final.
