Nepal vs Mauritius: Match Preview and Live Streaming Details

Nepali Football Team will play a couple of friendly matches against a new opponent Mauritius on January 29 and February 1.

Nepal is ranked 169th in the FIFA Ranking whereas Mauritius are just 3 steps behind Nepal at 172. Therefore, we can expect a tough competition between these two sides.

Last time Nepal hosted a match at Dashrath Stadium was back in September where Nepal played against the strong Indian side and drew one match followed by a 2-1 lost to the arch rival. Nepal hasn’t played a single match after their 3-0 loss to India in the SAFF Championship 2021 Final in October, 2021.

Nepal’s head coach Abdullah Almutairi has already announced a preliminary squad which consists of 34 players for the friendly series. The notable inclusion in the squad is the comeback of Bimal Gharti Magar and Jagajeet Shrestha.
