Nepal is all set to host the ICC U19 World Cup 2025 Asia Qualifier, offering a crucial opportunity for one team to secure a place in the ICC U19 World Cup 2026.
The Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) officially announced that this significant event will take place in Kathmandu from April 12 to 21, 2025. The qualifier will see youth teams from Nepal, Afghanistan, Oman, Hong Kong, Singapore, and the UAE competing fiercely for the coveted spot.
Nepal’s U19 team, having participated in the ICC U19 World Cup 2024, made headlines by securing a dramatic victory over Afghanistan to advance to the Super Six stage.
Looking ahead, the ICC U19 World Cup 2026 will be hosted by Zimbabwe and Namibia, where 16 teams will vie for the prestigious title.
