Nepal Premier League Franchise Auction: Pokhara Leads with Highest Bid

In the Nepal Premier League (NPL), Nepal T20 Pvt. Ltd. has acquired the franchise for Pokhara. The company secured ownership of the Pokhara franchise for NPR 35.7 million, making it the most valuable franchise in the NPL.

The Kathmandu franchise was sold for NPR 33.3 million to Kantipur Publications Pvt. Ltd. during the bidding process.

Chitwan Medical College (CMC) obtained ownership of the Chitwan franchise, purchasing it for NPR 17.6 million. Meanwhile, M.A.D Dream Sports acquired the Biratnagar franchise for NPR 15.1 million during Thursday’s bidding.

Fortune Healthcare secured the Lumbini franchise for NPR 17.6 million, while Dream Sports also acquired the Janakpur franchise for NPR 20.5 million.

Himalayan Builders obtained ownership of the Karnali franchise for NPR 11.7 million, and Empire Sports secured the Sudurpashchim franchise for NPR 16.88 million.
