Latest T20I Players Ranking: Khadka improved, Lamichhane fell
The International Cricket Council (ICC) has published new T20I player rankings in which Nepali cricket team’s all rounder and former skipper Paras Khadka has improved his ranking.
In the T20I rankings published by ICC on Thursday Paras Khadka has improved from 27th to 26th position in the category of all rounder. Likewise Karan KC and Sompal Kami have remained intact in their previous rankings. Karan KC is in 74th position and Sompal is in 66th position. However, Paras Khadka slumped by a position to 63rd in the category of batting.
Similarly, Nepali team superstar spinner Sandeep Lamichhane has slipped two position from 84th to 86th in the category of bowling.
In batting, Pakistan’s opener Babar Azham tops the rankings followed by Indian Lokesh Rahul and Australian skipper Aron Finch in the second and third position respectively.
In Latest T20I Players Ranking, Afghanistan’s spinner Rashid Khan once again tops the bowling category. Another Afghanistan star Mujheeb Ur Rahman holds 2nd position and Australian Adam Jampa in the third position. The fourth and fifth position too is captured by the spinners; Ashton Agar and South African Tabraiz Shamsi holding these positions respectively.
Another Afghanistan Star Mohmmad Nabi tops in the category of All rounder. Zimbawe star Shane Williams has climbed to second position while Australian All rounder has reached to third position. Rohan Mustafa of UAE and Khawar Ali of Oman, surprisingly from the associate nations yet deserving, are placed on fifth and sixth position respectively.
