Nepal’s leg spinner Sandeep Lamichhane has been included in the Melbourne Stars’ squad to face the Melbourne Renegades at Marvel Stadium. His performance against Sydney Thunders was quite below par. He had conceded 39 runs and was wicket-less in that match.
The match will start from 1:55 pm at Marvel Stadium, the home ground of Melbourne Renegades.
Melbourne Stars, however had made three changes to the squad. Peter Handscomb and Adam Zampa had left for the international duties while Nic Maddinson is dropped after he injured his shoulder. Seb Gotch, Lance Morris and Sam Elliott have all come into the squad.
Melbourne Stars are currently on the top of the table with six wins from the opening seven matches.
