Spanish La Liga is all set to resume from June 12 after the league was halted for more than two months. Real Betis and Sevilla will play the first match, according to the La Liga organizer.
The official news on the La Liga resume will be made public after the May 28 meeting and the remaining fixtures will be published after that meeting. Nevertheless, the first match will be between Real Betis and Sevilla on 12th of June. Similarly, the meeting will also decide on the following league season as well.
Almost all the clubs has started training, making at least a group of 10 players. According to the La Liga president Javier Tebas Medrano, they are planning to finish the league as soon as possible by conducting the league matches even everyday.
Currently, Barcelona is leading second placed Real Madrid by mere two points with 11 game-weeks left to play for this season. Real Madrid are on the second with two points behind.
German Bundesliga has already resumed with one game-week already being finished successfully. Serie A and Premier League are also eyeing the return.
