How to register for Nepal T20 2022? Full Process

The Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) has announced on Saturday that the player registration for the upcoming inaugural Nepal T20 2022 is open now.

In a press release today, CAN listed out the criteria to be able to register for the league and the process to register. A player meeting the criteria can register themselves by visiting the official website of Nepal T20, which is nepalt20.com.

Till now, 3 out of the 6 franchises have unveiled their official logo. The franchises are Lumbini All Stars, Janakpur Royals and Biratnagar Super Kings. The remaining three franchises will be announcing soon.

The player registration is currently open for Nepali players only and the deadline is August 31.

What are the criteria to register for Nepal T20 2022 ?

1. Must have Participated in National games, PM Cup, Mayor’s Cup on regular basis and performed above average since year 2018 to be eligible for registration.

2.Must have represented Nepal in U19 age level international tournaments and series since 2018.

3. Players who have participated at senior level international tournaments and series since 2018 will be given priority.

4. Players who have Participated in various franchise league regularly since 2018 will be given priority.

How to register for Nepal T20 2022?

Here are the process to register for the upcoming Nepal T20 2022. You can register for the Nepal T20 2022 by the following ways:

1. Go to the official players registration link: Click Here.

2. You will see a page like in the picture below and fill your basic details.

3. After filling your basic details. Hover down and you will see the following portion.

Update your playing position and set your category which has different ranges of price. Category A player can earn upto 15 Lakhs. Similarly, for category B, the price limit is 10 lakhs and for C, the limit is 5 lakhs.

4. After selecting your category, you mention your availability for the league and agree the terms and condition and then hit submit button.

Nepal T20 League will begin from September 24 to October 22, 2022. The competition will be played on a double round robin basis.
