The Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) has announced that the player registration for the first edition of Nepal Premier League is open.
The players can register thier name under different category with different base price from the official link.
How to Register for Nepal Premier League Auction ?
Players registration and players auction, one of the most important part of any franchise tournament. The Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) has already announced the brand new edition of Nepal Premier League (NPL).
Similarly, the CAN has announced that the player registration for the Nepal Premier League is open from September 21.
So, here is the process on How to Register for Nepal Premier Leagu Auction:
Step 1: Visit the official link for the player registration. Register Here
Step 2: After clicking on that official link, you will see a interface similar to given below. Fill up the form with your name, middle name and the last name. Don’t forget to use your own personal email address.
Note: An agent can fill up the form on the behalf of any players but be sure to use different email address for players and the agents.
Step 3: After filling up the personal details. Move on to the next part where you will find a toggle button to select if you are Nepalese or a foreign players.
- For Nepalese: For the Nepali players, you will have to fill up your all details which includes you playing position, address, phone number and all. Similarly, you will have to select the category (Category A, Category B and Category C). After filling up all of this, you will have to play the registration fee of NPR. 1000 via IME Pay.
- For Foreign Players: For the foreign players, they will have to fill up the nationality, playing position and the contact numbers. In the case of foreign players, they are catagorized into Platinum, Gold and Silver catagory. The players can set their base price in USD.
Step 4: After completing the filling of form, submit the form and wait for the auction.
The first edition of the mega cricketing event in Nepal is set to start from November 30, with final match slated for 21st December.
A total of eight franchise based teams will be part in the inaugural season. All the eight franchises are confirmed along with their marquee players.
