Brazilian star Philipe Coutinho wants to return the Premier League after spending difficult times in Spain and Germany.

According to the Brazilian agent Kia Joorabchian, former Liverpool star is keen on Premier League return.

An impressive 2017/18 season at Liverpool has lured the Spanish giant Barcelona following his big-money move in January 2018. The transfer fee was reported to be an initial £105 million, which could rise to £142 million with various clauses being met.

Coutinho has 12 goals and 9 assists in 20 appearances in that season before leaving for Barcelona.

However, the Brazilian couldn’t catch his form at Barcelona and he subsequently joined Bayern Munich on loan in August 2019 and has scored eight goals in 22 Bundesliga appearances.

Bayern aren’t opting to extent the Brazilian’s stay and Barcelona have already told Coutinho that he will be allowed to leave the Camp Nou as soon as the transfer window reopens following the coronavirus pandemic.

With Liverpool not wanting to re-sign their former star, other Premier League clubs including Spurs, Chelsea and Arsenal are interested on signing him.

“He has a desire to come back to the Premier League at some point,” Joorabchian told Sky Sports .

“It may not happen this year, it may happen this year but we don’t know. We really have not discussed anything for now.”
