The Blues will resume their Premier League campaign on June 21 as they visit Aston Villa in their first match after the break.
With most of the players returning back to the full fitness, it will now be headache for the Chelsea boss Lampard to pick up the squad for the first match.
With couple of training matches played, the boss might has made up his mind about the possible starting eleven. Long term absentees Callum Hudson-Odoi and Ruben Loftus-Cheek are back in the team along with Tammy Abhram, Pulisic, Kante, Kovacic who are back after missing out the Chelsea starting line up just before the break.
There is no doubt on Kepa starting under the bar and the defence line will be lead by skipper Azpilicueta. Alonso might start ahead of Rece, concerning match fitness of Rece James.
Similarly, the mid-field could be lead by Kante who has been the regular man for Lampard in the training matches despite joining the training lately. In-form Ruben Loftus-Cheek might get his first start of the season.
Chelsea FC Predicted XI: Kepa; Alonso, Zouma, Rudiger, Azpilicueta; Kante, Loftus-Cheek, Kovacic; Willian, Giroud, Mount.
